Viruses through Google Search?

Here’s something I’ve never seen before. I was doing a google search and I got this information at the top of my results:

Then, before I clicked on anything, I immediately got a message from my virus-protection software:

Wow. Notice the name of the website - akmeprojects.com - it’s the top search result. Is this really accurate? Have virus-writers found a way to smuggle automatic virus-downloading into google search results?
